Aleksei Archer is an imposing and versatile American model and actress with the birthplace of New York. Every year on August 14, TV personalities celebrate their birthdays. 2007 was the year that she first appeared on television. After appearing in a brief film, she started modeling. She was an associate in An American Place, a restaurant in New York City for a year. Guarnaschelli gained her first dining experiences through watching recipes she'd edited in her mother's cookbooks getting examined at her home. She began her career under Larry Forgione before working in various Los Angeles, New York and France-based restaurant chains. Guarnaschelli was named executive chef of Butter. Guarnaschelli was a contestant in 2007's Farmers Market Battle on Food Network's Iron Chef America, where she was up against Cat Cora. In the years since, she's appeared at the show's guest judges. She also took part in The Next Iron Chef Season Four in 2011, where she came in third. Also, she participated with Food Network's Food Network Challenge Ultimate Thanksgiving Feast episode, but lost the contest. She was appointed sous-chef of Iron chef Geoffrey Zakarian after the fourth season of The Next Iron Chef. She became host of The Food Network's The Cooking Loft With Alex Guarnaschelli in 2008, and she teaches a small group of students on the best ways to cook classic meals.
